What can we learn from the transformative powers of the beaver? In this workshop, participants will experiment with creative futuring and forecasting methods to generate nuanced, multi-species scenarios that reframe the beaver from a passive wild animal to an active, technical and cultural stakeholder in landscape design and restoration. A guided process will unleash their imagination to co-create speculative worlds, culminating in a historical, yet tangible retrospective from the year 2051.
